If you haven’t started using social media for your business yet, then it’s time! I’m going to share some basic tips for what types of things to share, how to share them, and the why behind all of it!
80% of people are influenced in their buying decisions by a brand’s presence on social whether it’s Instagram, linked in, twitter, Facebook, etc.
56% of adult users of social networks follow at least one brand.
That’s amazing! That means people are making their shopping decisions from scrolling Instagram—and they might already be following you!
Number 1—Have a brand strategy.

Increase traffic to your website or build an email list

Number 2—Focus on activities that move your forward to your goals
be really intentional with your time and the content your putting out there.
a. How will you measure success?
b. Number of followers don’t equal sales or a successful business.
c. An engaged following that knows, likes, and trusts you should be your goal which means you have to offer value on your social. Giving is so important
i. Examples of value equal a recipe, a free template, a something that saves people time, something that makes life easier for someone, inspiration, etc.
1. Encourage people to comment and engage and respond to folks in a reasonable time

a. Post regularly and consistently.
i. Store front. What if one day Target or Ulta wasn’t open?
ii. Ask questions or for an action in response to your post or itory
iii. Offer multiple perspectives; however, be true to you. You are going to attract AND repell people. In fact, you should! If you’re sreaking to all, youre speaking to no one.

i. Post info and reviews of prdducts
ii. Announce events, sales, promos
iii. Issue discounts, promos
iv. Balance sales with genuine interaction—you want to get to know you people so you can offer them better solutions and value for the things you offer
b. Building a profile
i. Provide vbalue and useful inof like resoiurces
ii. My go to lady for nutrition or for leadership
iii. Be exciting, relevant, switch it up. Boring same thing or passive sharing won’t keep people coming back
c. Customer Service
i. Engage with people and solve their pblems
ii. Get a gauge on what your customers like or how they feel about your business
iii. Set up an account for this purpose and respond every quality and directly.,
