I wanted to share my favorite yoga flow moves with you because yoga is a great way to start your day by setting an intention and stretching out on an active rest day. It’s also perfect for sweat at the end of a long day.
My first ever yoga class was in college when I went to the Rec Center at the U of MN. It was in a gymnasium with students I didn’t know, going through the moves and totally sobbing.
I had never known about turning inward to pause and work through whatever is going on in your life. I had found an outlet for my stress at school! I had never known this was an option.
Over the years it has brought me so much joy and clarity in times when I need to slow down and during times when my life is going amazingly well. I did yoga throughout my whole pregnancy with Kate, and it helped me stay fit and flexible.
In this video, I narrate you through my favorite yoga moves and sequences.
Feel free to remove any of my moves if you like and add your favorite moves. Yoga is meant to be customizable to you and your needs.
